Rental Process
First time to rent outfi? Here is a guide to rent a dress or suits.
Step 1
Check our Online Catalog.
First, please check our online catalog if you can find anything you want to rent. If you find one, please make an appointment with us. If you live in Hawaii, come to our store and check our items and check sizes.
If you are outside Hawaii, and thinking to have groom's men outfits rental, please contact us by email, or book a Zoom consultation session.
Please make sure what kind of theme color or what kind of look you are looking for. If you are not sure, that is fine. Just consult us.
Step 2
Try our Outfits and Reserve the Items.
If you are in Hawaii, come to the store and get the proper sizing and fittings. Then, decide on when you come to pick up your items.
If you are away from Hawaii, check people's sizes and let us know ahead of time, so that we can make sure we have proper sizes for you. We prepare back-up sizes as well.
For groom's men outfits, all of your guests can come to our store few days before the event and wait there for us to finish hemming. We can hand in on the same day. However, please give us sizing information before thire arrivals.
Step 3
Pick up your items.
Pick up your items and get ready for your events.
You can decide on pick up date. Usually we suggest 2 or 1 day before the event date.
Step 4
Return the Items
Bring back all of your rental items to our store.
You do not need to clean just put them in the bag and bring back to our store.
